Do you work with all insurance companies?
We work with major carriers and coordinate directly with your adjuster from the first call to final sign-off. Bring your claim number and we'll take it from there.
How long does a repair take?
Dallas runs 4–14 business days standard; Kansas City runs 3–9 days, depending on the extent of damage. Eligible vehicles at either shop can also qualify for our 48-hour expedited option — just ask when you check in.
Do you cover my deductible?
Yes — we help cover your insurance deductible so the repair is $0 out of pocket. We'll walk you through exactly how it works during your inspection.
What if my dent cracked the paint or needs bodywork?
At our Dallas shop, paint and bodywork happen in-house — no hand-off to a third party. We color-match your factory code and blend across adjacent panels so the repair is invisible. At our Kansas City shop, we coordinate that work through a trusted partner.
Will I have a car while mine is being repaired?
Yes. Our 30-vehicle rental fleet includes sedans, SUVs, a full-size truck, and two 3-row vehicles, coordinated before your car ever comes in — so you're never without a ride.
